Atlas Initiative has been designated a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization by the Internal Revenue Service, and we maintain a current registration with the Pennsylvania Bureau of Charitable Organizations; contributions are tax-deductible to the maximum extent allowed by law under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. As our organization grows, all proceeds from the sale of our educational productions, along with any fees gathered for consultations or other services coordinated through the Initiative, will be applied directly to furthering our activities as an educational charitable organization.
